The blower is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (and fuel tank), drip nozzle. The blower relies on the eccentric operation of the biased rotor in the cylinder, and the volume change between the blades in the rotor slot will suck in, compress and spit out air. In operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send lubrication to the drip nozzle, drip into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while keeping the gas in the cylinder does not return, such blowers are also called slip-vane blowers.

The structure of the blower determines that the mechanical friction loss is very small. Because only the bearing and gear pair have mechanical contact on the material selection, the rotor, housing and gear ring have sufficient mechanical strength. Safe operation and long service life are the main features of blower products.

Because the impeller runs frictionless in the body, there is no need for lubrication, and the exhaust gas from the blower is oil-free. It is an ideal pneumatic conveying air source for chemical and food industries.

The blower is a volumetric operating blower. When used, the flow rate changes very little with the change of pressure. But the flow rate varies with the speed. Therefore, the choice of pressure is wide, and the choice of flow can be achieved by selecting the speed.

The speed of the blower is higher, the gap between the rotor and the rotor, the rotor and the body is small, so that the leakage is less and the volume efficiency is higher.
