Process pulp is simultaneously pumped into all filter chambers. As more pulp enters the filter cavity, the filtrate is discharged and the filter cake begins to form. As the cake forms, the pumping pressure increases, forcing the filtrate through the filter cloth until the desired cake thickness is reached.
Rolling mills face high temperatures, large amounts of cooling water and high impact on a daily basis, as well as increasing production requirements and the challenge of maintaining or even improving the quality of the finished product.
