Current Director of Shandong Engineering Research Center for Heavy duty Roller Bearings, Director of Postdoctoral Research Workstation at Shandong Camry Bearing Technology Co., Ltd., Expert Member of China Bearing Industry Technical Committee, Expert Member of National Heat Treatment Standardization Technical Committee, Expert Appointed by Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Science and Technology Expert of Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, Technical Research and Development Expert and Industrial Management Expert of Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology Expert Database, Senior Expert of Shandong Provincial Bearing Expert Committee, Evaluation Expert of Shandong Provincial High end Equipment Industry Association and Guest Professor of Dalian University of Technology, and Specially Appointed Industry Mentor recognized by Shandong Provincial Department of Education.

Mainly engaged in research in the fields of bearing design, lubrication, manufacturing, and performance, focusing on precision design methods and manufacturing processes for bearings. Led the development of strong heavy-duty rolling bearings, promoted independent innovation of high-precision bearings in China, and achieved industrial application of related achievements. Led the completion of more than 20 scientific research tasks at the national and provincial levels, published multiple papers, participated in the formulation of 12 national bearing standards, holds more than 40 authorized national patents, and applied research results to high-end equipment. Has won multiple awards such as the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Shandong Provincial People's Government, the First Prize of the National Golden Bridge, and the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Machinery Industry Association.
